What is check in time?
Check in is at 3pm! Early check in is gladly offered on a request basis, or we will hold your luggage while you enjoy New York.
What is check out time?
Check out time is 11am! Complementary luggage storage is available for the afternoon. Extended check out may be honored on a request basis subject to availability, charges may apply.
Is there a gym?
No more excuses! Our workout facility, is located on the concourse level of the hotel, one level below the lobby. Our complementary work out facility is open 24 hours a day, and features a treadmill, Stairmaster, exercise bike, universal machine and free weights. Sadly our Gym does not feature a pool or sauna.
Are we pet friendly?
We are crazy about pets, and would love to meet yours! A modest fee of $75 will be added to your bill for each small, well behaved pampered pet.
Do you have parking?
Valet parking is available curb side here at the hotel! Pricing ranges from nightly to monthly, your reservations specialist can offer exact details.
Is internet access available?
High speed Internet access is available throughout the hotel, free of charge!
Do you have laundry services?
Yes! In addition to our expedient Valet laundry service, self-service laundry is available in many suites and a 24 hour laundry facility with nominal fees, located conveniently next to our gym.
Do you have a Dining Room?
Concierge staff is available 24 hours a day to offer dining options! We do not have a Dining Room, yet each Suite has its own fully appointed kitchen for your convenience. A myriad of upper east restaurants offer free delivery, practically 24 hours.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelations are honored 48 hours prior to arrival with no fee! Late cancelations or non-refundable reservations will accrue charges that apply.
Do you provide Shuttle service?

Can we receive packages prior to arrival?
We will be happy to sign for parcels prior to your arrival, provided the recipient’s name appears clearly on both the package and corresponding reservation.
Can I make special request?
Special requests can be notated with your reservation specialist or made directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and will willingly be honored to the best of our capability.
Do you have smoking rooms?
The Marmara is a smoke free environment, however most of our suites feature balconies which some guest utilize for their convenience.
How many people can stay in my Suite?
All reservations are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. A charge of $50 will apply for each additional occupant of the Suite (children 12 and under stay free). Safety dictates the maximum number of people each Suite type can accommodate, and are as follows:
Studio Suite- 2 occupants
One bedroom Suites- 4 occupants
Two Bedroom Suite- 6 occupants
Three Bedroom Suite- 8 occupants
