The 3100 square foot space is available at a monthly rate of $33,000. Like all of the Marmara Manhattan's suites, it offers luxurious amenities, the tops in technology and stunning views of the Manhattan Skyline and the East River.

The Penthouse is designed to meet the needs of clients who require a luxurious, impressive and highly functional accommodation, notes General Manager Andrew Hamilton. "The suite can be used for meetings, entertaining or for simply relaxing," he says. The spacious balcony wraps around the suite and is set with tables and chairs in warm weather.

The stylish and striking decor melds Asian antiques, charming Turkish folk art and dynamic American style in furnishings and art work.

Floor-to-ceiling glass windows provide brilliant light and an ever-changing view of the East River and the fabled Manhattan Skyline.

The king-size bed is framed by antique Chinese chests and a sleek Parsons table. A wet bar is artfully hidden in the wall and covered with an old metal door discovered in China.
