There is a wide variety of restaurants close by that you can choose to dine in however we do not have a restaurant in the hotel. The front desk can supply you with menus for delivery as well. Additionally, we can assist you with ordering groceries prior to arrival or during your stay so you can utilize the kitchen in your suite.
We provide a menu at the front desk for breakfast options. You may request breakfast delivery to your suite for an additional cost.
Yes we do accept deliveries from the outside. Please see below for our policies regarding deliveries.
Yes, we provide valet dry cleaning and laundry services. You will find a form and laundry bag in the closet of your room. After filling it out please contact the Front Desk to arrange a pick up.
Our Studios and One bedroom suites come with a queen size bed. Two and Three Bedroom suites have two twin beds in one of the bedrooms. For more information please review the room descriptions and floor plans under “Hotel Overview”.
All our “guestrooms” are suites ranging from Studios to One, Two and Three bedrooms. We do not have connecting rooms.
There is a gym located on premises with basic cardio equipment and weights.
On the premises we do not have a pool or a sauna.

assistance.We have designated smoking suites, where a cleaning fee of $35.00 per day will be applied to your room bill.
Mt Sinai is located on 5th Ave starting on 98th street. Mt Sinai is 0.06 miles away and it takes approximately 20 minutes by walking.
Depending on the traffic Times Square is approximately 15-20 minutes with a cost of $11-15.00.
Front Desk may arrange a private car service and airport shuttle upon request for additional charges. The charges may vary depending on the airport location, number of people and the service requested. The option of booking a car will also be available for you during the process of completing an online reservation.
Getting to Yankee Stadium takes approximately 20-25 minutes by subway. You may take the local 6 train located at 96th Street and Lexington Avenue and then transfer to the 4 train at 125th St. Yankee Stadium is located at 161st St. You may certainly follow the fanatics covered in Yankees merchandise, as well.
One of the biggest challenges in our lovely city is parking! We do not have our own parking facility but there are many parking garages in the area in the one block radius to choose from. The daily rates usually range from $20-$30 per day or $275-$375 per month.
We welcome our four legged friends however there is a one-time fee of $75 for the daily stays and $150 for the monthly stays.
The Second Avenue Subway Construction will be going on for at least 6 more years as reported by the city. Our guests aren’t inconvenienced by the construction noise however you may see heavy duty machinery around the building. Visually the avenue may not be the prettiest; however we appreciate the city’s efforts in improving our quality of life. You know what they say “Beauty is Pain”.
If you walk over to 1st avenue 96th street the entrance to the East River promenade is right under the overpass. It is approximately 5 minutes walking distance.
When you are on the reservations homepage on our website, on the top right hand corner, you will find a button that indicates “look up a reservation” in yellow. It will require you to enter the email used for the booking and the last 4 digits of the credit card used or your confirmation number. Once the reservation is retrieved, you may make the necessary changes.
Yes you may. Follow the steps mention in the previous question and simply cancel the reservation. Please be advised that some charges may apply depending on the type of rate booked. The cancellation policy is clearly stated prior to completing a reservation. It can also be reviewed after you complete a reservation on the summary page. Additionally after completing a reservations, you may find the cancellation policy on the confirmation email as well.
The simplest rule of economy is the correlation between supply and demand. As demand increases, the supply will decrease with an increased value. Our rates do fluctuate depending on the occupancy levels and the time of the year. There is a possibility that the rate may be the same however it cannot be guaranteed. The rates are not open to negotiation under any circumstances.
The hotel room reservation process is safe and secure. Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online reservation is processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transit.
Our standard cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to date of arrival unless if you booked a non-refundable advance purchase offer.
When full payment is required in advance, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay unless you change or cancel your reservation within the requirements of the hotel's cancellation policy. During certain travel periods, such as holidays and special events, a minimum stay may be required. For minimum length of stay reservations you will be charged for the entire reserved stay if you check out prior to the reserved departure date.
Yes. Reservations are guaranteed with your credit card. To avoid being charged, reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined here.
Requesting 8 or more rooms qualify as a group booking. Group travel reservations may have different rates or hotel booking requirements. To request rooms for your group or for more information, call 212-427-3100 and ask to speak to a Sales Manager.
Special requests can be communicated whilst making your hotel booking online. Requests for rollaway beds, cribs and smoking preferences, as well as any other requests may be noted in the comments section during the reservation process. Special requests are not guaranteed and will be honored depending on availability at check-in. Of course we always do our very best to accommodate the request.
